Philliber’s Avenues for Justice Report

Since 1995, Avenues for Justice has worked with independent evaluator, Philliber Research Associates (PRA), to conduct an annual report on: participant demographics; retention, graduation and attrition; court dispositions; referrals; employment; and education. The annual report include 3 and 6-yeartracking to measure recidivism and success rates, and tracks HIRE Up programming participation.
